What we do
Before starting, we clarify which products and display areas are included and which materials will be needed. Existing arrangements with the retailer provide the basis for the assignment. If the situation in store differs from the plan, we record this and discuss the next steps. This makes it clear which tasks have been completed and what still needs to be resolved.
